Our founder, Pat Northrop, is a seasoned lawyer with over 25 years of experience spanning private practice, government service, and senior in-house counsel roles. Prior to starting her own practice, Pat served as the General Counsel for two non-profit organizations in the media space. Pat now advises non-profit clients on major gifts and sponsorships, fundraising, board relations, corporate governance, and all aspects of 501(c)(3) compliance; while also counseling media and arts organizations and content creators on production, licensing, intellectual property and more.
